   The Severn Valley Railway.

   The railway may have had a thorough drenching recently, but this evening will be about
   the resolve to 'raise it from the wet ashes Phoenix style’.

    Coal Mining.

Members who went on the visit to Snibbsdon will remember the speaker from when he
   was our guide around the pithead.

    THE 5th BILL GWILLIAM LECTURE AT HUNTINGDON HALL. 7.30p.m.
    Bill Gwilliam M.B.E was a well-known local historian and a founding member of  W.I.A.& l.H.S.

    The history of the fighting ships that have carried this illustrious name.

   Textile Mills of North Worcestershire.
   Dr Peter King.
   Following an inquiry received by our Society from abroad via the Internet for information about 
   Fulling Mills, contact was made with speaker who is an acknowledged authority on the
   subject.
 

Feb 1st
 

   Film Night.
   This is the evening when we can watch the various films and videos relating to Industrial
   Heritage etc. acquired by the WIA and its members. So if you have any bring them along.

Mar 7th

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Followed by the chance for members to present items of interest, collections and photos of places visited during Summer visits.
